SQ Electricals utilizes advanced multi-layer co-extrusion technology to manufacture high-performance power cables with XLPE and PVC insulation and sheathing. Precision multi-angle extruders ensure uniform material flow and consistent insulation around copper and aluminum conductors, delivering superior electrical performance and long-term reliability.

The entire extrusion process is continuously monitored by advanced SIKORA X-ray measurement and control systems, which provide real-time, non-contact measurement of insulation eccentricity, wall thickness, concentricity, and diameter. Integrated with automated PLC controls, the system instantly adjusts extrusion parameters to maintain precise dimensional accuracy, minimize material consumption, and eliminate production variations.
